I highly highly recommend Aaron as a piano teacher! I’m a beginner who has had a few lessons in the past, but never felt as interested and motivated as I have with Aaron. Aaron’s approach to teaching incorporates theory, hands-on material, and relation to classic and modern pieces, which keeps me engaged throughout the lessons. Aaron is highly adaptive to what I’m interested in each lesson and how much progress I’ve made practicing at home since my last lesson. Can’t recommend Aaron enough!

Aaron is smart, kind, patient, and hardworking. He has gone above and beyond when it comes to helping me, even going as far as to look into the subject areas I am curious about outside of the tutoring sessions. If you are looking for a programming tutor, then Aaron is an amazing choice.

Great tutor!
I recently undertook a very fast-paced Full-Stack Web Development boot camp, and worked with Aaron outside of the course as a means of better retaining what I was learning. Not only was he knowledgeable on what I was learning, but also made it extremely easy to understand by working alongside in a positive way. He made sure I was learning, and not just passing.
I would highly recommend that you look no further if Aaron checks off all of the boxes you might be looking for in a tutor. I went through multiple 3rd party tutors, and I can confidently say Aaron was the best!
Ive already recommended, and will continue to do so!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been teaching one-on-one and group lessons since 2013. I've primarily taught piano (classical and popular), computer programming, and high school math. I've also tutored AP physics and English essay writing.
How did you get started teaching?
My mom used to be an elementary school teacher, and even after retiring she's continued teaching piano and yoga privately. In 2013 she encouraged me to try tutoring piano, and I've been teaching ever since.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've taught students of many different backgrounds from ages 5 to 50, both those who are new or struggling in the subject to those who are already excelling or working in their industry.
