I have been a math teacher for 18 years. I have taught 5-12 grade and am certified in K-8th grade in math. Currently I am in administration in a high school. I love math and am a friendly, cheerful face to those that struggle in math. I would love to help!
I love being able to explain something and seeing students understand something for the frist time, seeing connections being made.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to see how the student learns best. I use all sorts of materials that would help for the particular age level. I like to see current and graded homework and tests to see what mistakes are being made so we can fill in the foundational wholes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an elementary teaching degree and a masters in administration. I have been teaching for 18 years.
