We offer one-on-one, small group, and large courses both in-person and live online. With our online platform, students can remain in the comfort of their own home and simply login and start a lesson with their tutor. Additionally, we have many unique services including the One Minute Educator, a collection of one minute videos spanning multiple topics including SAT, ACT, essay writing, math skills, test anxiety, and more. We personalize lessons for our students making sure that we fix their weaknesses and emphasize their strengths. Each student will receive a very different lesson depending on his or her needs.

Masters Degree in Education. Teacher for 33 years. Owner of the Tutoring business since 1995 and Bestselling Author and Educational Consultant.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Prices vary, but Elementary is usually $75 per hour, ACT and SAT prep is $100 per hour. College essay is $375. Supplemental College essays are about $175.
We also offer tutoring by Honors College Students, and those rates are in the $70 range.
How did you get started teaching?
I began in 1985 after there were many openings in the New York City school district. Ten years later, I transfered to the East Ramapo Central School District in New York City.
What types of students have you worked with?
Special Education Students, Honors Students. Low and High Level students. Our company covers all levels, all subjects, all ages.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I often receive emails and phone calls from students reporting that our strategies have helped them in high school and extended into college and even the workforce.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Students need to know that all tutors and all tutoring services are not created equal. I have tremendous experience and expertise in education including curriculum writing, school staff training, teaching a variety of classes. I am not the only tutor. I hire and train and supervise all tutors.

What their strengths and weaknesses are. What are their expectations and goals.
