Honestly I think my service stands out because I’ve been a teacher for over 20 years and have a very good idea what kids need help with nowadays. What I enjoy most about my work is seening my students achieve goals that they thought they were incapable of obtaining. To see their self-esteem be boosted is amazing!

I’m Michael, a Film and Television Student currently enrolled at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. I’ve written published research and have directed several festival-circulated short films. I've been published professionally several times, in the Human Life Review, First Things (which are academic journals), and 15 times in Little Old Lady Comedy. I've tutored at CUNY Lehman College (where I graduated), and SUNY Purchase and Pace University. Essays were the main focus. My students improved their grades and a few received scholarships to grad schools. I scored in the 93rd / 98th percentiles in the SAT's.
