About
I am based in New Jersey. I have more than 12 years of experience in tutoring Pre Algebra, Algebra, Pre-calculus, Calculus, Geometry, Trigonometry for College, High school and Middle school students. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Math and Computer Science from University of Wisconsin and a master's degree in Computer Science from University of Bridgeport. I started tutoring in 2005 in the University of Wisconsin Math lab as a Math and Computer Science tutor. I was recognized as the most outstanding tutor of the year 2008. I was chosen for this honor out of twenty Math tutors. While I was in University of Bridgeport, I had been a Math tutor at Academic Resource center and teaching assistant for Intermediate Algebra, Discrete Math and Database Management Systems in 2014 - 2015. During that time I helped lectures to grade and prepare exam papers in addition to lecturing Math classes in the absence of professors. Also I do have experience in tutoring Math sections of SAT, ACT, GED tests and Quantitative section of GRE and GMAT tests. I helped so many students to achieve high scores in the Math/Quantitative sections of above tests. My hours are very flexible, and I am available weekdays afternoon and weekends. I travel most parts of NJ, PA and NYC areas.
Since my tutoring sessions are one to one, I have the ability to approach each students by understand their strenghts, weakness and goals. So I can help students to understand the subject clearly based on their level of understanding. My goal is to make each sessions efficient and useful for students.
