Lsat Tutoring

Lamar helped me with the SAT Reading and Writing Section. From the beginning, I could tell that Lamar knew his stuff! Timing was a big issue for me. Lamar taught me how to read the passages to maximize my time to answer the questions. He even taught me strategies that helped me complete the section quicker. He also taught me about the most commonly asked grammar rules and the different ways the questions are asked. I scored a 720 and it wouldnt have been possible without Lamar.

Tutoring with Lamar was great. Its very hard to find LSAT tutors around that actually know how to teach. I was having difficulty with the Logical Reasoning sections. Lamar was able to break down each answer choice and explain to me how to rule the wrong ones out. He explained common ways in which the test is written to intentionally confuse you. My score went up 18 points! Lamar is awesome!

My daughter needed help in the Reading Section of the SAT. She has always been great at math, but her reading comprehension has been a struggle for her. Lamar was very patient working with my daughter and taught her various reading strategies. My daughter went into the test feeling much more confident. Her reading score went up 100 points and she scored an overall 1380 on the test!

When I first met Lamar I was scoring in the low 150s. I really was struggling in the Reading Comprehension section. Lamar taught me strategies that I could use to read the passages better. He taught me how the questions are asked and how to identify important keywords within the passage. I ended up scoring a 165 on the test! Thank you so much Lamar!
