I graduated with a computer engineering degree in 2019 from Stevens Institute of Technology.
I am an Eagle Scout.

I really enjoy the process of explaining concepts and figuring out how to best serve my Students.
I am interested in making the greatest contribution to my Students that I can, and the prospect of working with the Student to achieve that level of contribution excites me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Ask questions to uncover the vision of success that the parent or client has in mind for the sessions.
I will also ask questions to determine what understanding the student is hoping to gain.
I will also create some written goals to keep track of progress throughout the session and beyond.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My strongest asset is my passion for teaching, which I will apply to create the greatest contribution to the Student that I can.
In terms of relevant education, I have a Computer Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.
I love mathematics, and greatly enjoyed helping my classmates with their Differential Equations, Calculus, and Computer Programming worksheets and assignments, while at Stevens.
During my Junior year at Stevens I was invited by one of my professors to be a Lab Assistant for an Engineering Design Lab. The professor invited me based on my demonstrated understanding in the course, and I recieved positive feedback about my willingness to work with the Students in the classroom from the lead TA, and some of the other staff.
I have also gone through leadership training through the Boy Scouts, and am an Eagle Scout. I participated in National Youth Leadership Training courses, and worked with the youth in my Troop to teach them skills in Scouting.

45 minutes - $75
one hour - $90
one hour 30 minutes - $130
For group sessions, I charge the base hourly rate to the group, and an additional $5 per head, up to a maximum of 3 students.
Group sessions are only applicable to high school and college Students.
How did you get started teaching?
I have always loved explaining concepts to my peers when studying for exams, or when working through worksheets with classmates.
I have been teaching since I was a kid, and have taught everything from calculus, physics, and computer programming at Stevens to knot tying, tent setup, and leadership skills while in the Boy Scouts.

Boys 12 -17 years old in Scouting.
Male and female high school students while in High School.
Male and female college students at Stevens.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Bouldering at the Hoboken Gravity Vault. I climbed a V2 that had me stuck for a few days.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask for me. You will not be dissatisfied, and we will accomplish your goals.
