Math With Miss. S.

This was my first time ever going to tutoring, and Dana helped me study for the ACT, raising my score 7 points. From the first session I had with her, she was so kind and helpful! She got to know me as a person first, which made coming to tutoring a lot less scary and actually enjoyable. I never felt bad for getting a question wrong, and she readily walked me through the steps. She taught me multiple ways to do math problems and memorization tips that helped when taking the ACT. I also noticed improvement in my math class at school, too. Tutoring never felt like a chore, and I was always happy to come in. It always felt like there was someone there who was actually invested in me as a person outside of math.

She is a very friendly, patient person . She is easy to understand and does not rush because her time with you is up . I would diffidently recommend. She is an excellent tutor .

She is honest and trustworthy and has a hip, off-beat quality that makes a teenager want to listen to her. I recommend her without reservation.
