What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I build rapport and try to understand how the student learns. Every student is different and it's important to learn how they grasp concepts, what motivates them, and what inspires them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a year of direct experience in private tutoring and at a tutoring center.
I earned my bachelor's degree in the math-focused field of economics, and work with data in the market research field. I also previously worked in a corporate training department and gained teaching skills that easily translate to tutoring.
