Hello!
I have been tutoring for many years! In high school I tutored students K-8, and since I graduated from Cornell University in 2017 I have been tutoring various students around NYC (mostly K-8 although I would love to work with older students as well)! I love exploring different approaches to figure out what works best for a student and then creating a positive, patient atmosphere to cultivate success. I understand the extremely competetive nature of school these days and want to help your child feel as confident as possible!

Elana tutored my daughter multiple times over video, and we couldnt have been happier! She was warm and supportive, immediately putting my daughter at ease and making her feel comfortable with the material at hand. My daughter has extreme anxiety with tests, but Elana had fun techniques for memorization and comprehension that greatly increased my daughters confidence.
