Hi!
I am a proud special educator with 4 years of experience thus far! I have worked with all types of students, most of my students are far below grade level and I have been able to move them up 3+ grade levels. I teach all subjects and have dealt with mostly all disabilities.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I honestly need to hold a conversation with the student and get to know them first. Students don't learn from people they don't like!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a special educator who has worked in 2 ICT setting which is where there is a 60/40 ratio. There is one special education teacher and a general educator. I have also worked my last two years in self contained classrooms with 12 students with a magnitude of disabilities.
