Each student learns at his own pace.

I focus on the student as an individual, believing that I must form a connection before I can teach the student. When focusing on the student as a whole, I do not look simply at his or her issues with specific subject matter, but at their learning and studying styles.

There is no greater joy I have than when a student had the “a-ha moment.” I love to work with students, develop relationships, earn their trust, and encourage them when they feel confused or just tired of what they cannot understand. I like to alter my approach based on their needs until the moment when they realize that they know what they are doing. It builds confidence, and I build on that to tackle the next issue.
