About
I am a published award winning poet and have been teaching English and Creative Writing for 21 years at a public high school in NJ. I am certified in English and Drama and have a Masters Degree in Teaching. I was short-listed for The Fish Poetry Prize & nominated for a Pushcart Prize in 2022.
I can come to you or you can come to me.
I am a veteran teacher with years of experience working with students of all ages. I am an excellent editor and I am versed in college essay writing and in creative and analytical writing. I'm a published author so when I'm not working with students I work on strengthening my own writing. I like the moment when I see a concept or writing piece click for the student.
