Hello, my name is Jason Alexander. I am currently in school for my MA in English and Creative Writing. My passion for the English language has been strong since I was very young. Now I want to teach what I've learned in order to promote the beauty that the English language can be. I tutor in College essay writing, research writing, creativing writing, fiction writing, including novels and screenplays as well as short stories. I'm a very patient and methodical tutor who is passionate about teaching.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I want to get to know the student. In my opinion, knowing the student and understanding where he or she comes from can lead to valuable information on why they are having trouble with their topic. Helping them understand their topic from a hollistic approach can help the student gain valuable insight and lead to fully understanding their topic. My goal is to teach my student to not need a tutor.
