I have been a Math Tutor for over 20 years and a High School Math Teacher for over 13 years. I am proficient in all Math subjects, including Basic and Advanced Algebra, Basic and Advanced Geometry, Trigonometry and Calculus. I also tutor and teach students for the ACT, SAT, PARCC, PRAXIS and ACCUPLACER tests.
The one-on-one interaction allows me to focus on the student's difficulties and steer the tutoring sessions towards improving problems. Helping students see different approaches to solving various math problems, or increasing scores on tests, has always been a positive.
