I'm a certified elementary and special education teacher. I've been teaching in public schools for 11 years, with experience from kindergarten through eighth grade. I am a licensed Wilson Language Practitioner, which is an evidence-based program for people with dyslexia.

A high number of public schools have been failing our students by not teaching the foundational reading skills students need to train their brains to read. I'd love to help fix that! I focus on the five pillars of reading instruction, interweaving them into my lessons.
