The accomplishment of teaching the so-called "unteachable". Ability to observe the student and offer different ways to teach the lessons.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when the children were not able to attend school, I was able to assist 4 students who were a part of the special education in their school district. They were frustrated and did not want to do the work to learn any subject.
Now, they have achieved honor roll and principal's list certificates with one consistently asking for extra work.
Since I am a pastor, this is the ministry assigned to me by my Shepherd. I have some college credits, and experience tutoring children and adults.
I enjoy the smile on the student's faces when they get what you are teaching them.
