I currently hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from St. Olaf College, where I was a finance scholar and member of the dean's list. I was a teaching assistant for 4 classes and have multiple years of experience teaching finance, accounting, and economics to college students. I also studied business law and finance abroad at the University of Aberdeen, which is a top 5 UK law school, and received merit awards based on my academic performance.
I currently work as a healthcare consultant at UnitedHealth Group, a Fortune 7 company. I am not available for in-person tutoring during the week. Please contact me to figure out times that can work.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I'd like to set up a time to speak with a student to determine their issues and to also get to know them. I will examine their study habits and try to find the root cause of their issues.
Next, I will prepare a personalized plan to optimize study efficiency and teach students effective ways to learn the material.
Then, we will figure out how often to meet. I also believe in reflection, and at the end of every session, we will compile a "to-do" list of things to work on for the next meeting, while also ensuring that positives are also acknowledged.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Economics and Finance from St. Olaf College. Received Dean's List honors as well as finance scholar honors. Was a 4-year starter on the Men's Varsity Soccer team.
-Study abroad at the University of Aberdeen's School of Law. The University of Aberdeen is a top 5 UK law school.
-Two certificates from Harvard Business School: 1. Leading with Finance, and 2. Alternative Investments.
-Current health care consultant for UnitedHealth Group, a Fortune 7 company.
-In High School, I scored a 35 on ACT reading and a 36 on ACT English.
