Some of my favorite memories were when a student succeeded. I was that struggling student that needed extra help and found my way to success. In my experience of teaching 3 years in elementary school, nothing brought me more joy than delivering exciting news to a student that they scored their highest score, met their goal, tested out of interventions, ect.
What I enjoy most about my job is developing a relationship with my students and becoming one of their greatest supports. I always tell my students "I'm your cheerleader!". I love the stories I learn about, inside jokes, and high-fives when something really awesome just happened.
