About
Math is my passion. I love reformulating complex ideas into simple language to help students understand the big picture.
I have 7 years of experience teaching and tutoring mathematics. I have taught remedial math courses, in which many of the students come from a non-math background. In May of 2020, I received my PhD in mathematics.

Although I have taught courses and worked in a large class setting moreso than one-on-one, I most enjoy explaining concepts to students individually or in small groups. I love when students have lightbulb moments when a problem or idea finally clicks for them, especially if the journey was long to get there.
