RPN Tutoring

I am a Towson University graduate who received a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Atmospheric Science. During subsequent years, I have immersed myself in helping students achieve their academic goals through volunteering at low-income schools in Maryland. I went on to graduate from Liberty University with a Master of Arts in Teaching Secondary Education. After graduating with the masters, I proceeded to begin teaching middle school math during the 2020-21 school year. The challenge of that year helped me diversify my skills in reaching students on different levels and using different methods. Not every student learns the same and it becomes difficult to learn if they are not being taught in the way that they need. I believe every student can learn and learn well, they just need the right teaching method that lets them learn and grow while feeling safe and secure. Subjects where I am strong include math from grades K-8 and science from grades K-12. I tend to focus more on the earth science side of things in science, but I have working knowledge of chemistry and physics as well. In my spare time I like to keep up with sports statistics, listen to music, sing, and play video games.
