About
I am a published author looking to help students K-12 and at the college level craft papers, hone their writing skills and develop stronger reading comprhension skills! I have been tutoring since 2015 in North Carolina at both K-12 and collegiate levels. Students who come to me leave with a deeper understanding of writing and reading along with stronger spelling and grammar. I can provide references from previous clients upon request! I do both in-home tutoring with COVID precautions and tutoring over video call.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I like to get a general overview of why the student wants to work with me, whether that's help on a specific project or working together to build a skill! After I've collected the background information, I create a success plan that establishes eaxctly what we want to work on. I use that success plan throughout the entire tutoring process and modify it as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a tutor since 2015, working with both K-12 students and college students. I am currently on a medical leave of absence from college, but can provide references. I am a published author with a great deal of experience in helping others with writing!
