Tutoring young kids is so important to me because it shows those who are struggling that they are important and worthy of help. I always try to make my sessions fun and educational by combining things that appeal to younger generations with strategies proven to spark understanding in a child's brain. It is crucial to ensure the success of our country's future starting with a little extra help from an online tutor. The typical process for working with a new student is a simple "get to know you" interview. I ask the parents what areas they're child is struggling in as well as talk to the child directly regarding how they feel about the subject they struggle with. This allows me to understand what improvements the parents expect to see and gain trust with the child to ensure a comfortable learning environment.
