Caleb’s Math Tutoring
I love taking the time to help others and to use the skills I've acquired I don't get to use on a daily basis. I love seeing the look on someone's face when they "get" something that they always struggled with. Even in situations where the typical approaches aren't the easiest, I have the capabilities to put them into scenarios where they can figure it out in a different manner.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I get to know them a little and try to break the barrier of uncomfortability. Then it will make the process a lot smoother. I like to listen to them talk about what they struggle with and their frustrations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've grown up helping people with school assignments, and tutoring people of all ages since I was a teenager.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Prices is determined based on the amount of time needed to tutor and the criteria. But pricing will always be what is first agreed upon and never changed without communication prior to tutoring.
How did you get started teaching?
It was a dream of mine at a earlier at to tutor and help progress the lives of those who need just a little bit of help.
What types of students have you worked with?
Elementary, Middle School, High School, and some College Students.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Helping my good friend with her Math Course in College, and she ended up passing the class after multiple attempts without my help.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Just have fun with them, and make sure they are someone you can tolerate working with. Unhappy students tend to make teachers feel like they aren't good enough.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What are my areas that need most improvement? What would I benefit with by having a tutor? What could happen if I grew a better understanding and knew how to do these things without any help at all?
