My name is Lillianna and I have a passion for sharing knowledge. I am 18 and have recently obtained my A.A.S. degree in Business Administration from Gaston College with high honors and plan to begin working on my B.A. degree in business management at the start of the January 2019 semester. During my last semester, I became a tutor for my college and helped other students with their various business classes, as well as essay writing and basic computer skills. Near the same time, I also started tutoring online for Chegg INC.
Since graduating, I have still been tutoring individual students as a self-employed tutor, and I love it! I tutor mainly in English, essay writing, reading and comprehension, grammar, basic computer literacy, and introductory business and marketing classes as well as teaching fiddle lessons to whoever is willing to learn a challenging instrument and learn to play by ear. I tutor up to eigth grade, with a few exceptions, and am open to helping first and second year college students write their essays and study for tests. Hope to hear from you soon!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I appreciate getting to talk to the students parents or legal guardians first and then having a first session to get to know the students and see if the student, the parents, and myself feel it is a good match and tha I will be able to best provide the help needed. If we decide that I will be a beneficial tutor for the student, we can schedule a regular session time for the student and I to meet and begin working on the areas they need help with.
