About
Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am an Ivy-League graduate who enjoys helping students and professionals to reach their academic and career goals. I am fun, energetic and encouraging. Never stuffy or boring. I want my students to enjoy the learning process.
As a graduate student, I taught classes at both Princeton, Drew and the University of Virginia (UVA). I also privately tutored student-athletes while at UVA. In 2008 I became a certified Master Coach and I started teaching "Executive and Life Coach Certification" classes throughout the Southeast. In 2013, I founded the Coaching Excellence Institute where I continue to teach classes and offer private coaching sessions to this day.
I have been helping my clients to show up with more confidence, calm and focus for 18+ years.
I'd like to help you as well.
Send me a note and let's connect. Let's talk about what you are struggling with right now and how I can help you to finally achieve the success that you desire and deserve.

I LOVE to teach and I really enjoy helping others. It's especially gratifying when I can help someone to have a breakthrough in knowledge or understanding.
Never underestimate who you are, what you know or what you are capable of becoming...
