What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask them questions about themselves to find out what kind of learner they are (kinistetic, auditory, visual, ect). I tell them a little about me and answer any questions they have. Then I ask what they are having trouble with in the assignment. We look over the assignment togther and start where ever they are and get them where they need to be.
