Personal, friendly, enthusiastic and capable, Lisa Smith will help you develop best practices to succeed in math!

I have over 20 years of teaching experience in the math classroom, tutoring and home education. Currently, in addition to tutoring math with several students at various levels, I run my own program for home school students.

While I find math both interesting and important, I have tremendous patience for those who don't and enjoy working with kids. I have helped numerous students improve their scores or grades, and more importantly, to help them to learn or re-learn to like math.

Additionally, I teach movie making, stop motion animation, baking and other fun subjects (that use math!) which you will see if you explore my website or facebook page.

Much like puzzling, I find math an enjoyable endeavor. Equations seem to me much like games that beckon a solution, so teaching math is also a pleasure!
