About
My services stand out because I am extremely efficient. I don't charge that much, and I genuinely want to help people learn. I won't waste time with blabbing about nonsense, and you will improve immensley with my tutoring. I am very focused and have always gotten straight As. I also love art and visual learning, so if you're like me and love being creative we can definitely incorporate that in our tutoring! It helps me understand subjects a lot easier.
I enjoy reading and writing tremendously. I've always been a bookworm, and I love writing short stories. Writing can be extremely fun and exciting once you learn the basics. I have a lot of experience with English Language Arts, and reading other kid's work is always enjoyable.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I will listen to their concerns and questions. I will try to answer all of them. Then I will assess their skill level in certain subjects, to see what we need to focus on, and what they are comfortable in, in certain subcategories, such as grammar, spelling, descriptive words in writing, reading at a higher level with more comprehension skills, and text analysis. Once we establish this, we can practice, and I will do my best to make sure they improve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a teenager, so I am not formally trained, but I have passed every grade I have ever done with straight As. I always exell in English Language Arts especially, but have no problem teaching other subjects. My friends and classmates vouch for me, as I have helped them understand many assignments in the past. I don't have trouble doing my work, so I decide
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Since I am not very old yet, I have very affordable rates. My main goal is to help kids, not earn money. I charge 14 dollars per hour, but I am willing to negotiate prices if you can't afford that or have money struggles currently.
How did you get started teaching?
I always have liked academia and have put extra effort in assignments in school. Whenever I see someone who needs help, I try my best to help them exell, it comes natrually for me. I am not very experienced with the online tutoring yet, but I have helped out many classmates who were struggling. Because of remote schooling I understand there is a big adjustment and a lot of kids will need help, so I decided to sign up.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with many students. Everyone is intelligent in their own way, but academics aren't everyone's strong suit. I am open to working with all kinds of students, whether you are failing your class, or just need an extra boost. I don't think I would be able to help a student with a learning disability, such as dyslexia, because I am not trained in that particular field.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Since there was a summer vacation, I haven't had a lot of tutoring opportunities. But last spring, I had a few people in my grade ask me about the math work. I went over the assignment, and explained the concept to them. They both got improved grades. I was very proud of that, even though I usually don't teach math.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Reading and writing is something you'll only get better at if you practice. But it doesn't have to be a chore! Reading great and exciting books improves your brain greatly, while you still have a great time. I have read a tremendous number of books, so I can recommend the perfect reading selection for you, whatever your level is. And, you'll find that if you read, you'll natrually improve in writing, too.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The questions you should think about are: Am I capable of doing this? Is this really hard for me, or am I just not willing to put in the effort? If I try and focus, can I use proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar? I can definitely help students who are struggling with these, but you need to assess yourself and figure out what you actually cannot do. A lot of the time, you know it. You just have to put in the effort.
