About
Not only am I highly qualified to teach math, I am also able to relate to the students. I am able to break the problems down and relate it to everyday life. By doing this, the students are able to work the problems and understand them as well. I also have been teaching for 20 years, so I definitely have the experience. I have been chosen for teacher of the year and have been highly recommended by many former students. I love my job and it shows.
I love to teach math and I love to teach students. I enjoy interacting with the students. I also love to see when the students actually start understanding the material. I love to hear "I get it!"

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first interview the parents as well as the students. I like to figure out their weaknesses and start there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters in education with emphasis in math. I have been teaching middle school for 20 years. I also teach a math class at MGCCC.
