About
I’m a Teacher with 22 years of experience in Resource/Self-contained/CWC Classrooms. For this reason, I am familiar with both General Education and Special Education strategies and standards.
Through the years, I’ve worked with differently-abled students and academically average students ranging in grade levels from Kindergarten through High School Senior!
I have taught both in-person and remotely and enjoyed both!
My students have ranged from Academically Gifted, to Physically and Academically challenged.
I especially enjoy teaching testing strategies, reviewing classroom activities and assignments, and adding depth and clarity to lessons from the child’s classroom!
If you are interested in expanding your child’s curriculum, I’m familiar with an online program that would allow them to fill in any holes in their knowledge and then work ahead of their classroom peers in their areas of strength!
If you chose to use this program, I would review the lessons with your child, allowing them to work at their own pace throughout the week and then practice, repair and re-assess any difficult lessons.
