I have taught math to students for over 20 years. My best accomplishments are measured by my students successes. I can help build confidence in kids and adults by helping them to unlock blocks. I can also help students who are not struggling by adding math skills to their "toolbox".
I love helping people who struggle to move from no confidence to "I got this!"

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first identify the needs then develop ways to help fill the gaps in understanding. We do not take a skill and drill approach, but rather a set of approaches to problem solving techniques.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taught math in a school for over 20 years.
How did you get started teaching?
This is my second career. I've always wanted to be a teacher and fulfilled my goal in 2003. I love teaching and helping kids reach their potential.
