I have 4 years of experience being a high school math teacher. I have taught everything from Algebra 1, to Probability and Statistics, Geometry, ACT Prep and more. I have a passion for bringing students an enjoyment in the math learning process. I recognize that math gets a bad reputation, and many people are under the misconception that they are just not a "math person." When I was younger, I thought this way of myself too. I now know anybody can become strong at math, sometimes it just takes a little extra practice. My goal as a tutor is to leave students with the confidence to solve problems on their own.
