Erlandson Tutoring

I am a special education teacher with 3 years of teaching experience and 4 additional years as a special education paraprofessional. I have worked with a variety of ages from elementary through high school and transition ages 18-22. I am enthusiastic about my work and love to build connections with my students. I have provided specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, developed and implemented IEPs, and adapted materials and teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and abilities. I've supported independence in many areas including academic skills, emotional support, social skills, and life skills. I welcome feedback and look to support my students in developing confidence and independence.
