I am a 2x alumni of the ReadingCorps literacy tutoring program (a branch of AmeriCorps, a previously Federally funded international program), which uses skills and tools proven to increase reading confidence for the long term.

Additionally, while in school, per Michigan state standards, I was reading at a college reading from 5th grade at 300 words per minute and over 80% retention.
