About
I am a third grade elementary teacher. I am very passionate about education and math. I graduated Rochester College with a Major in Mathematics. I have also tutored throughout my college career at my college, elementary school I worked at, and at a local tutoring center. Tutoring and being involved in the schools has allowed me to work with a range of ages (K-12th), all resulting in academic growth.
I also presented at the Detroit Council of Teachers of Mathematics to other teachers based on a project study I completed in a 6th grade classroom. I regularly take part in mathematics and technology conferences to grow as an educator and stay informed!
I love kids and am passionate about helping children reach their maximum potential! Math has always been a passion of mine & I like the challenges it can present.
