About
I am a passionate research scientist and avid world traveler with over 5 years of experience as an international tutor in math, science and Spanish language. I enjoy working one-on-one with students in math subjects ranging from elementary math, Algebra I/II and statistics. I have trained middle school to high school students in preparation for homework, exams, SAT and ACT tests. My goal is to engage students with challenging math questions that apply to real-world perspectives. Math tutoring allows your child to improve their grades, explore concepts, ask questions and build confidence in their performance.
Since working in scholastic and industrial settings, I have built an understanding of branches of science including, biology, chemistry, earth science and ecology. The lessons are tailored to students' pace and interests. Enlighten Tutoring applies personalized approaches to adapt teaching styles that are conducive to learning various science topics.
Enlighten Tutoring is a community of friendly students that enjoy participating in cultural inclusion and awareness. We invite you to join our group and immerse yourself in the Spanish culture. Our goal is to increase your fluency of Spanish language through a series of guided conversations, vocabulary, pronunciation and grammar exercises. All levels are welcome!
