I have decades of experience of tutoring, not just because I am a teacher. The past of sharing my knowledge of math and science started in middle/high school with helping other classmates, who were struggling. I grew up in a household of engineering and medical field, so clearly the exposure of those two content areas were all around me. In addition, numerous extended family members were educators and naturally I became a tutor prior to teaching.

Prior to switching my major in college to science, I complete all the require to become a math teacher. During my last year, I had an incredible science instructor who sparked my interest in teaching science. Math is something that comes naturally to me and my goal is always to inspire all students to fall in love with math as well.

I am currently a middle school science teacher, which is so much fun. It brings me joy to see the students become so engage by trying to figure out how things function as a unit and a whole. The goal is always having students leave me at the end of the year wanting to explore and grow their passion of the world of science.
