We realize that there are many companies you can choose to work with, that provide tutoring services. Some are better than others, but in my opinion, most are underwhelming. They fail to understand a critical aspect of tutoring, which is everyone is different. You cannot tutor everyone the same and always get a successful outcome. I individualize my tutoring to maxmize potential. We also go over test taking strategies to try and eliminate academic and test taking anxiety. I also use stratgies to improve my students confidence which is typically more of a problem than lack of knowledge. How does my service stand out? I actually care about my students and consider all aspects of their lives while trying to help them. People pay good money for a tutor, you should hire someone that cares about your success. That person is me.
I have a relationship that continues on after tutoring is completed with most of my past students. I want to see them succeed not only in their class, but in life! The greatest joy I get out of my work is seeing something that we worked on in our sessions help out a student in an area of their life, they did not plan on.
