About

As a Mathematical Economics student, I loved (and still love) the application of theory to reality. I strive to help eager learners with both of these!

I love being able to challenge myself and work with amazing people who understand my place in life and push me to do better.

    Frequently asked questions

I will introduce myself and get straight to what they need help with.

We'll figure out what the needs to be answered and I will do my best to get them asking the right questions.

I am weary about simply giving answers away, as that will not help improve critical thinking skills.

I have tutored before with a friend's company and enjoyed being able to teach what I have learned to the future generation of learners.

I also have worked plenty in customer service roles, so I understand how to interact with people and communicate effectively to solve problems.

I am currently studying to become an Actuary. So, this well help both of us, as the teaching will be a good refresher for me.

A friend asked me if I wanted to tutor for his company.

    Middle school and high school.

Trying out for an independent baseball league in the Carolinas.

Look at their Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media/website(s). You can gather a lot of information from their online presence to see whether or not you think they would be a good fit for you.

What's the next best question to ask?

If you can answer that question until your needs are met, you won't have to ask your teacher.

Now, this is a tough one because sometimes the more efficient/effective route is to seek help, but that should be after your answer to the question,

"Have I exhausted all of my resources to answer this problem?"

    Is "Yes."
