Ashley tutored my son last year for math. He was struggling with multiplication and she brought different materials to help him understand the process of multiplying. One time she brought these cubes, she brought lego-like sticks, and she even brought M&Ms once! His grades improved because of it! She is great!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I typically ask students or parents what they are currently working on in school and what they would like out of a tutor session. I also ask them how they learn best, whether its visually, or talking out problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will be graduating in December with an Elementary Education and Mathematics certification. I have tutored in a home for several students.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Lessons will be $25 per hour.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked primarily with younger students in elementary school but I have also worked with students in middle school.
