About
I put a major focus on inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility in all of my lessons. I recognize that each student is individual, and that their learning needs should be treated as such.
I am so passionate about learning, and about helping students meet their potential. In an ideal world, I would work myself entirely out of a job, and students would be empowered with the tools to be confident and successful independently.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It is important when we begin working together that I get a comprehensive understanding of your goals, needs and learning style. After this is established, we will go at the pace you are comfortable with, and reevaluate our plan as necessary.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge a standard $25 a lesson. Discounts available for those who purchase sessions in bulk.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all ages (pre-school to adult), and of all abilities. The majority of my experience has been with young people and adults with special needs (i.e. autism, learning disabilities, etc,).
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I would say to ensure that you have a solid understanding of what you need from the teacher, as it is so important that you are able to advocate for yourself, and for the accommodations you neecd to be most successful.
