About

Hello there!

My name is Madison Loving, I'm an 18 year old college student who excells in English. I graduated high school early with highest honors, a 4.0 GPA and an English award. Although I am not certified to teach English, I have tons of credible background knowledge as well as references for added support.

I've always liked English myself, but I know not everyone feels the same. English can be difficult, especially if you have no support to help you when you're struggling. My goal is to help make English a little bit easier for those who are having a hard time, and maybe even help make it something you can enjoy (or at least tolerate)!

I work best at providing feedback on essay's and grammar. From the overall structure of an essay, to citation formats, and even just simple spelling errors, I can offer a variety of services that will help improve your writing skills and confidence in them.

Please message me for examples of works I have completed myself, as well as some examples of feedback I provide. I have uploaded a few images of my works, however they do not represent the full versions so if you are interested in them please let me know!

Frequently asked questions

First I like to take some time to get to know who I'm working with: their strengths, their weaknesses, how they work/learn best, etc. After that, we can figure out a plan that best suits their needs. From there we will start off with small exercises and activities to get them used to whatever they struggle with and build up from there. It can be rough to dive right in, so I want to make sure the learning comes easy with no unnecessary stress.

I have no specific certifications or degrees that would qualify me for this field however I did graduate high school early with an award in the English-language arts. I have written many essays and assessed many works for grammatical errors, helping lots of peers better their English skills along the way.

Finding a good tutor is very similar to finding a helpful therapist; you're not going to click with everyone, but it doesn't mean there isn't someone out there that fits your needs. Put yourself first, and don't just settle for someone because of their qualifications - you are not going to learn from someone you don't like.
