I love working with students and watching that moment where something clicks with them. I get wanting/needing that extra bit of assistance to succeed and I want to help provide them with that. I've been tutoring for seven years from a range of grade levels and backgrounds.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask the student where they think they need clarification. I often give an assessment so I can see where they are at and what we need to work on.

B.A in English Education from Cal Poly Pomona
M.A. in Teaching Secondary English from NYU Steinhardt (expected Summer 2024)

$18/hr for one session
$16/hr each session for three scheduled sessions
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all religious, cultural, and financial abilities, as well as neurodiverse and disabled students. Communicate your needs to me and I will do my best to accommodate and assist you.
