A Global Lens: English And History Tutoring

I love working with students of all ages, but especially middle school level. If your student is in grades 4-9, and needs English or Social Studies tutoring, I am the teacher for them! I currently tutor English and Writing online to students living outside of the United States. I am also in my last year of college and completing my student teaching in middle school classrooms. Last year, I assisted elementary schoolers who were e-learning during the pandemic. I have tutored students of all ages, from elementary to college age, both in person and online. The subjects I have tutored are English, Writing, Social Studies, basic SAT/ACT prep, and homework help (all subjects).

Knowing that I am directly making a positive impact in a student's education is all the motivation I need. Building teacher/student and tutor/student relationships is important to me to ensure there is a level of comfort and trust and students know they can come to me if they need help. I love seeing students have that A-HA! moment as they learn and grow.
