Victoria's Math Tutoring

I have many experiences with tutoring. In college, I was involved in many tutoring programs, which include: Windham Heights CAPT Tutoring, Horace Porter Plus Tutoring, Project Academic Advancement, and Windham Heights Tutoring. These tutoring programs have ranged from elementary level through high school and varied in subjects. I have also been involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters for over two years now, being a tutor for my "Little" while also being a role model and friend figure. Tutoring has allowed me to work with different age groups and varied subjects. Through tutoring different students in different settings, I learn to adjust my tutoring style to ensure the best learning for the student(s). Currently, I am a middle school math and reading teacher in Quincy Public Schools. I teach 8th Grade Pre-Algebra and Algebra, as well as 7th grade reading. I have a Bachelors and Masters degree in Secondary Mathematics Education.
