Gabriel Marques

Hello, I'm Gabriel and I am currently a senior at High School. I'm from Brazil and I came to America when I was 16, then I speak Portuguese fluently and I have a solid basis of knowledge in math, social science and physics. Related to math, I am currently enrolled in AP Calculus and I have complete high school math foundation. Talking about social science, I'm enrolled in AP European History but I already completed a entire history course in Brazil that covered from the Ancient History through the 21th century, beyond of my grade was consistently 9.9/10.

I like to teach people because I cannot maintain all that I know for myself and I think that knowledge should be universal and accessible for everyone. I have experience tutoring my classmates and relatives (from children to adults), which I did principally for I appreciated the art of teaching.

As an immigrant and bilingual, I know how the process of learning a new language works and how it can be difficult, but also rewarding.

I am able to teach World History, European History, Basic Math through High School math, Portuguese, English as second language and physics.
