I am an early education and care teacher with college education on track to becoming an occupational therapist. As a teacher for 4 years I have always been a believer that the way we as educators teach our students is a way to change the world. Most students need extra help but do not receive it. I, Elizabeth want to help those studnets achieve materiasto the best of their ability.
I am: EEC certified, CPR/First aid trained,have state trainings in development of school age children.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Evaluation of what they already know by giving a small quiz based upon the material they are working on in school at the moment. See their strengths and weaknesses and proceed from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Early education and certified, trained in school age development, a high school diploma and some college education (in progress and on track)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
In between 25-45 per hour depending upon the grade level and subject.
How did you get started teaching?
Through my schools vocational education program is where my love for teaching arose. Watching my own teachers go into detail about the difficult job many make to look easy and all the workthat goes behind one day of teaching
What types of students have you worked with?
I have experience working with elementary aged kids, but have done pro bono help to younger high school kids and am open to tutoring high school and middle school.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be prepared to try study habits you have never heard of that i learned at a young age but helped me pass 4 credit college classes with flying colors.
