I have been in the field of education for the past 7 years. I worked as a paraprofessional for 2 years prior to becoming a special education teacher. I am currently a special education teacher in Billerica and I work with high school students with disabilities. Although I work in a high school setting I have experience with elementary and middle school curriculum.

I provide personalized lesson plans catered to the person's individual preference or needs based on the information I'm provided with. I love teaching and going over problems with students and clients. It's important to help them to look at the subject in a way that will make it easier to understand and enjoy. That way, it will be easier to remember and apply to whatever is needed to succeed.
