About
After more than 25 years tutoring all math subjects, from grade school to grad school, I have decided to specialize in tutoring calculus.
Calculus, at all its levels, is a difficult and tricky subject. I know exactly where the pitfalls are. I enjoy helping the struggling student to see what is really going on. Calculus is not so difficult after all, when what seems tricky is cleared up.
I have a degree in math from MIT and I have a Ph.D. in physics from the Weizman Institute of Science.
My tutoring website is tutoradvantage.com.
Some of my scientific papers in auditory perception and neuroscience are listed at orcid.org/0000-0002-2819-0091.
My current work in neuroscience can be found in the website MoleculesMakingMemories.com.
I enjoy helping struggling and sometimes despairing students transform calculus from a pain-in-the-neck to a subject they can master, enjoy, and appreciate.
